This one's for you scholarly cinegeeks: Is there someone I can read whose name does not rhyme with Mristain Ketz on the "Problems of Denotation in the Fiction Film"? I am struggling to examine how two films' use of a certain actor adds additional connotative and denotative [extrafilmic] dimensions to each of the respective texts, but I'm drowning in bullshit semiotic jargon right now.
