Oh, and did anyone else think this item announcing the new co-hosts for At the Movies reads like one of those wedding announcements for the zygotic, unaccomplished offspring of famous people that run in the Times? You know, the type that devotes column inches to their ancestors' accomplishments? The cinetrix still can't decide whether Lyons or Mankiewicz is the one with a degree from the Bank Street College of Education, can you? But what the hell: Let's hear it for meritocracy!
